Tour de BT is more than a cycling challenge, it’s a commitment to better mental health support for those who need it most. This three-day event will see riders take on a demanding, non-competitive route through the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills, all in aid of The Laura Hyde Foundation.

We’re proud to be backing the 2025 ride and supporting fundraising efforts that directly benefit frontline emergency service and healthcare workers across the UK.

The Laura Hyde Foundation is tackling the mental health crisis head-on, providing crucial support to healthcare and emergency service workers. These workers often experience high levels of stress and trauma, but with the Foundation’s help, they have access to the clinical support, training, and resources they need to care for their mental well-being.

With our sponsorship, we aim to contribute directly to the Foundation’s mission of making mental health support more accessible and normalising the conversation around mental health in the workplace. Every penny raised will go towards providing services that save lives and support those who keep us safe.

Blue Light Cycling Club organises charity events and group rides to support emergency service workers from the Police, Fire Service, NHS, RNLI, Coastguard, Prison Service, and Armed Forces. The club’s mission is to improve physical and mental wellbeing through cycling, while raising funds for causes that benefit frontline workers. By creating a supportive, inclusive environment, Blue Light encourages both fitness and community engagement, offering local and national support for those who serve our communities.
